Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Books with obvious signs of use
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or incomplete refunds

Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and ship your item to {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, you will be issued a gift card.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver sent the order to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
